Trade4less GmbH is a manufacturer and wholesaler of gaming, multimedia products and household appliances. Our product range is supplemented by trading in remaining stock.
Your area of responsibility
You will be jointly responsible for the expansion and maintenance of our customer contacts, sales in Germany and Europe as well as the acquisition and coordination of large orders. You will provide new and existing customers with fast and professional support and technical advice by email, telephone and in person.
Your profile
You enjoy selling and like being in contact with customers. Sales-oriented thinking and an organised, independent way of working are routine for you. Ideally, you have experience in field sales or internal sales and can identify with the technology/electronics sector.
Negotiating skills and assertiveness are required for successful processing.
Expertise in electrical/audio/lighting technology makes the job easier.
Business fluent English is a prerequisite, additional foreign languages enrich our team.

Scope of time:
- At least 10 hours per week, preferably more
- Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
Your tasks:
- Customer correspondence by e-mail and telephone
- Administrative tasks (e.g. creating and checking quotations, invoices and statistics, carrying out research, processing returns)
- Occasionally packing and dispatching goods
